Petitioner has been declared ineligible to participate in the selection process for recruitment of Audiologist on the ground that he is not having Live Certificate of Registration from any of the Employment Exchange in the State.

Having regard to the judgment rendered by the full Bench on 21.10.2016 in Writ Appeal No.411/2014 (State of Chhattisgarh and another vs. Roshni Sahu) and other connected matters

holding that the requirement of having Live Registration Certificate from an Employment Exchange is not mandatory, the writ petition is disposed of with direction that the petitioner shall be allowed to compete in the subjection selection process, if he is otherwise eligible.
