2. State Of Chhattisgarh Through The Collector, Korea, Baikunthpur, Chhattisgarh. ---- Respondents 05/04/2016 Shri Sanjeev Verma, counsel for the applicant. Shri Sangharsh Pandey, Dy. G.A. for the State. Heard on application for condonation of delay in filing the MCC.

On due consideration the delay in filing the MCC is allowed and the delay of 7 days in filing the MCC is condoned. Also heard on application for restoration of Second Appeal No. 660/2015 which was dismissed for want of prosecution. After going through the application, in my opinion reasonable grounds are made out for restoration. Accordingly, the MCC is allowed.

The order dated 05/02/2016 is recalled.

Second Appeal No. 660/2015 is restored to its original number.
