1. The present contempt petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of the Order dated 14.01.2019 passed in WPS No. 205 of 2019.

2. Shri Vipin Tiwari, Advocate appearing for the Respondent No. 2 and 3 submits that the order has since been complied-with inasmuch as the authorities have decided the representation of the petitioner vide his/her order dated 15.11.2019. According to the counsel for the

-2respondents, on due consideration the representation has been rejected.

3. Given the aforesaid facts, the order passed by this Court seems to have been complied-with.

4. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands disposed-off, however, in case if the petitioner/applicant is aggrieved of the order passed by the respondent on 15.11.2019, he would be at liberty to challenge the same afresh before this Court. The petitioner/applicant is directed to serve a copy of this order to the counsel for the petitioner.
