The present MCC has been listed before this court for modification of the order dated 19.06.2020 passed by this court in WPC No.1219 of 2020.

Perusal of record would show that in the cause title of the order sheet dated 19.06.2020 which has been uploaded in the Website the counsel's name is reflected in place of petitioner's name. However, perusal of original records clarifies the same where there is no error and it is the petitioner Ruhidas Mahajan whose name is reflected. Given the said facts, the MCC stands allowed and the office is directed to rectify the error and modify the order dated 19.06.2020 so far as the uploaded version, to the extent of name of the petitioner be corrected as Ruhidas Mahajan instead of Sunil Sahu. With the aforesaid direction, the MCC stands allowed. Let a copy of this order be made part of the records of WPC No.1219 of 2020.
