2. The impugned order has been passed in exercise of powers under Rule 9(1) of the CG Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1966.
3. The aforesaid order is appealable under Rule 23 thereof, therefore, in view of the existence of statutory alternative remedy, the writ petition is not maintainable.
4. Let the petitioner prefer an appeal within 10 days from today and thereafter, the appellate authority shall consider and decide the appeal within next 45 days.
5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
