Learned counsel for the State submits that against the order passed by the SubDivisional Officer, there exists a remedy of appeal before the Collector and the petitioner may file appeal before the Collector.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the Collector. In case, appeal is filed by the petitioner before the Collector within a period of 30 days from today, the Collector shall decide the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.
