1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition questioning the orders passed of the District Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum and the State Commission.

2. Petitioner-in-person would submit that the District Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum has dismissed the original application filed by the petitioner and same has been affirmed by the State Commission.

3. The order passed by the State Commission under Section 17 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 is appealable under Section 19 of the said Act before the National Commission, therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to avail the remedy available under the law, if so advised.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. Certified copy of the impugned orders be returned to the petitioner after furnishing duly attested copy of the same. Sd/- (Sanjay K. Agrawal) Judge B/-
