In view of the detailed order, which has been passed dismissing the writ petition bearing WPC No.838/2018 of petitioner 3762 - Pravin Joshi Security Agency, refusing to interfere with the decision of terminating their contract as a natural corollary, any order of restrain passed in the said writ petition no longer subsists and, therefore, the writ petition of the present petitioner making a grievance against non implementation and non enforcement of his contract becomes academic now as there is no impediment.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
