1. Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this appeal. However, he submits that as applicant is a student, direction be issued to learned Court below concerned that if appellant after his surrender files an application for grant of regular bail, it may be decided on same day.

2. Learned State Counsel submits that he is having no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the appellant.
