1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Civil Court has passed a decree in Civil Suit No.55A./2014 (M/s Anil Engineering Works and another Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others) in which it has been held that the land in question is owned and possessed by the petitioner, therefore, the petitioner may be allowed to make a fresh representation in the light of a decree of the Civil Court before the competent authority.

2. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make a representation along with a copy of decree of the Civil Court.

If the petitioner files a fresh representation, in that event, the competent authority will examine the matter afresh and take a decision on the petitioner's representation strictly in accordance with law expeditiously.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
