HIGH COURT OF CHHATTISGARH, BILASPUR Order Sheet M.C.C. No. 446 of 2019 The Public Service Commission Chhattisgarh Versus Smt. Richa Tiwari and others 08.05.2019 The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the order passed in Review Petition No.56 of 2019.

The modification sought is to the extent that the date of order which in the Review Petition has been reflected is 01.05.2018 whereas, in fact, it ought to have been 01.05.2019. The said error is purely a clerical error. Given the aforesaid reason, the present MCC deserves to be and is accordingly allowed. The date of order reflected in Review Petition No. 56 of 2019 shall hereby be treated as decided on "01.05.2019" instead of 01.05.2018.

Let a copy of this order be made part of Review Petition No. 56 of 2019.
