(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed reply on 20.04.2016 (Annexure P/12) pursuant to show-cause notice of termination dated 08.04.2016 passed by respondent No.4-Divisional Forest Officer, Kawardha. (3) Learned counsel appearing for the State/respondents submits that it would be considered and decided by respondent No.4-Divisional Forest Officer, Kawardha in accordance with law.

(4) Be that as it may, respondent No.4-Divisional Forest Officer, Kawardha is directed to proceed in accordance with law and to pass appropriate order.

(5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
