1. This is second bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. preferred by the applicant before this Court. No other bail application is pending before any other Court.

2. Earlier, the first bail application of the applicant has been dismissed as withdrawn on 02.04.2019 in MCRC No. 977 of 2019.

3. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that he wants to withdraw this bail petition. He further submitted that only the doctor is to be examined by the trial Court, hence time may be fixed for the conclusion of the trial.
