Grievance of the petitioner is even though order was passed on 22.02.2013 that the respondents are under obligation to decide the representation and in case of entitlement, to pay compensation in accordance with law, till date, no order has been passed despite repeated representations.

The observation of the Court obliged respondent to decide petitioner's representation within a reasonable time, even if, no specific time limit was fixed. The representation shall now be decided by respondent No.2 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of the order, failing which the petitioner would be at liberty to revive contempt petition.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
