Hon'ble Shri Justice Sharad Kumar Gupta Order On Board 13-71. Petitioner has preferred this writ petition for direction to the respondents to promote him and give seniority against the available vacant posts from the date 3-11-2004 along with all consequential benefits.
2. The petitioner is Dy. Commandant and posted at 14 BN CAF, Dalli Rajhara (Dhanora), Distt. Balod (CG).
3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the representation of the petitioner Annexure P-6 dated 27-2-2017 is still pending before the respondent No. 1. Thus the instant writ petition may be disposed of directing respondent No. 1 to decide the aforesaid representation within stipulated period.
4. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, the
submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction that the respondent No. 1 shall decide the petitioner's representation Annexure P-6 dated 27-2-2017, if it is still pending, within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order in accordance with law and procedure.
5. It is made clear that this Court has not touched the merit of the case.
