Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the light of order dated 28.07.2011 whereby the petitioners have regularized the services of respondent No.1 as Assistant Grade-III in Tehsil office at Korba, the dispute raised by the petitioners in the present petition has become infructuous. Thus, the petition may be dismissed as having become infructuous.

2. In the light of development that has arisen subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, in addition, also taking note of the notification issued by the State Govt. on 16.02.2016, the present petition has become infructuous.
