Also heard on M.C.C. No. 828/2015, application for restoration of W.P. (S) No. 5036/2005 which was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 21.03.2012 for want of prosecution.
This is also not opposed by the counsel for the State. Accordingly, M.C.C. is allowed and W.P. (S) No. 5036/2005 is restored to its original number.
