1. The present writ petition has been filed challenging the action on the part of the respondents in issuing Annexure P/1 dated 03.04.2021 whereby the petitioner has been directed to hand over the ID Password and other information and materials available with the petitioner.

2. The challenge is only on the ground that Annexure P/2 provides for extension of petitioner's service up till 31.05.2021, however, before the period is culminated the respondents have issued Annexure P/1.

3. Perusal of records would show that there is no adverse order as such available on record by which it can be said that petitioner's services has been discontinued on account of unsatisfactory performance. The representation of the petitioner is already pending consideration before the respondents vide Annexure P/4 dated 03.04.2021 and the subsequent reminders which have been made by the petitioner.

Given the facts that petitioner's representation is pending consideration before the respondents No.2&3 and also taking note of the fact that appointment of the petitioner basically was of contractual nature and that he has worked for about 10 years in the past, the present writ petition in its present form as of now stands disposed of directing the respondents No.2&3 to take appropriate decision on the representation of the petitioner on its own merits at the earliest.
