1. Mr.H.B.Agrawal, learned Senior Counsel along with Mrs.Prabha Sharma, learned counsel for Municipal Corporation, Raipur would submit that the Municipal Corporation, Raipur be permitted to withdraw the notice dated 9.5.2017 and consequent notice (in all cases) and be permitted to issue fresh notice strictly in accordance with law.

2. Mr.B.P.Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, has no objection if the impugned notice and consequent notice are withdrawn.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission made by counsel for the Municipal Corporation, Raipur, Municipal Corporation, Raipur

is permitted to withdraw the notice dated 9.5.2017 and consequent notice with liberty to proceed further in accordance with law.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petitions finally stand disposed of. No cost(s).
