The instant MCC is filed on the ground that the claim of the petitioner in WP(S) No. 1859 of 2016 was to grant arrears of the Vth Pay Commission for the period from 01.01.1996 to 30.09.2006, but in the order while granting relief it has wrongly been recorded that petitioners is to grant arrears for the period of 01.01.1996 to 30.09.2016. 2.
Considering the submission and after perusal of earlier prayer made in WP(S) No. 1859 of 2016, the claim of the petitioner for arrears of the Vth Pay Commission be read as for the period from 01.01.1996 to 30.09.2006, at para 2 of the order in W.P.(S) No. 1859/2016 passed on 01.08.2016.
