Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has preferred second appeal before the State Information Commission which is pending consideration since 02.02.2018 and no action has been taken till date. 2.
Be that as it may, the State Information Commission is directed to consider and take action on the petitioner's second appeal expeditiously preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of with no order as to cost(s).
