Order (Passed on 08.09.2018)

1. It is submitted by both the parties that the parties have been entered into compromise by which the respondent No.3/Insurer has agreed to pay an additional amount of Rs.2,10,000/- in addition to what has been awarded by the Courts Tribunal i.e. 3,60,400/-. The agreement signed by both the parties has been kept on record which will be a part of the order.

2. We have seen the compromise entered into both the parties. The compromise/settlement arrived at between the parties are just, proper and legal and accordingly the parties have also submitted that they have entered into compromise voluntarily without any hesitation and with their own will. Accordingly, the matter stands settled.

3. The amount so settled be deposited before the Tribunal and shall be disbursed in terms of the award passed by the Tribunal.
