(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the order of respondent No.2- Director, Health Department, District Raipur sanctioned Education Leave of the petitioner which has been revoked by the respondent No.1-State Government on 31.08.2012. Against which, the petitioner preferred a review application of the said order before the State Government which is pending consideration since 11.03.2013 but till date the same has not been considered and decided by the State Government on his application as taken by the

State Government inspite of representation and therefore, respondent No.1 i.e. State Government may be directed to consider and decide the same expeditiously.

(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) It is directed to respondent No.1-State Government to do well and to decide the review application made on 11.03.2013 by the petitioner, against the order dated 31.08.2012 passed by respondent No.1 in accordance with law preferably within a period of three months form the date of receipt/production of copy of this order. (5) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
