The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the CrPC, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.84/2019, registered at Police Station Batauli, District Surguja (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366A & 376 (A) (B) of the IPC and Section 5 (Tha)/6, 5 (Da)/6 & 5 (Jha)/6 of the POCSO Act. 2.

The accused has allegedly sexually assaulted the victim, aged about 3 years.

Considering the nature of allegation and seriousness of the offence, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on bail. 4.
