1. Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that the Appellant has completed his entire jail sentence and already released from jail after completion of his entire jail sentence imposed upon him by the Trial Court, therefore, he does not want to press the instant appeal.

2. In view of the above submission, the instant appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
