1. Petitioner has preferred this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to direct an enquiry against respondent No.6, who is holding the charge of Sub Divisional Officer, Public Works Department, Champa,

Division Champa, district Janjgir-Champa.

2. Petitioner has alleged acts of commission and omission by the respondent No.6 misusing his authority and causing loss to the exchequer and undue gain for himself.

3. Petitioner is not claiming any relief for himself. The appropriate remedy for the petitioner lies in moving the Chhattisgarh Lok Aayog for enquiry against respondent No.6.
