Order On Board 05/10/2015 Heard.

(1) Grievance of the petitioner is that order passed in favour of the petitioner on 30 th March, 2011, by Additional Collector, Bilaspur, is not being executed. (2) It goes without saying that if the order dated 30th March, 2011 is not set aside or stayed, the same is required to be executed and brought to its logical conclusion. The order passed as back as in the year of 2011, cannot be allowed to remain unexecuted. (3) Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 3 to take

necessary steps expeditiously towards execution of order dated 30th March, 2011 within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. It that is not done by the competent authority, the petitioner would be at liberty to submit a complaint before the Collector, who shall take necessary action against the authority concerned, who are not complying with the order dated 30th March, 2011. (4) Accordingly, the writ petition disposed off.
