The petitioner's grievance is that though the petitioner has approached Senate of respondent- National Institute of Technology (NIT) against the decision of Dean (Academic) on 24th August, 2015, neither the Supervisor is forwarding the case of the petitioner to the Senate nor the Senate is deciding the matter.
Looking to the limited nature of grievance, the Senate of respondents- NIT is directed to consider petitioner's representation within a period of 45 days and take appropriate decision thereon on its own merits and in accordance with law, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
The petition is accordingly disposed off.
