Union of India & Anr) on 11.1.2016, the present writ petition is also disposed of with a direction that the petitioner is allowed 2 months time from 31st December, 2015

for providing DAS/STBs and the respondents shall not take any coercive steps against the petitioner during this period. It is made clear that the above extended period of 2 months shall not be extended further. After the expiry of 2 months, the respondents would be at liberty to proceed in accordance with law.
