1. The present MCC has been filed for correction/modification in the cause-title of the order dated 02.07.2020 passed in WPS No.2544 of 2020.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the cause-title of WPS

No.2544 of 2020 due to typographical mistake the description of respondent No.1 has wrongly been mentioned as "Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Company Limited (CSPDCL)" instead of "Chhattisgarh State Power Generation Company Limited (CSPGCL), therefore, he prays that the cause-title of the order dated 02.07.2020 passed in WPS No.2544 of 2020 may be corrected and the description of respondent No.1 may be written as Chhattisgarh State Power Generation Company Limited (CSPGCL).

3. Considering the prayer made, it is observed that in order dated 02.07.2020 passed in WPS No.2544 of 2020 the description of respondent No.1 be read as "Chhattisgarh State Power Generation Company Limited (CSPGCL)". Rest of the order shall remain as it is.
