Order On Board 12/10/2015 The petitioner has filed this petition seeking direction to respondent / authorities to register FIR against whom, the petitioner has made allegations of commission of offence of outraging of modesty.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the police is not taking appropriate steps in the matter and the petitioner herself is insisted to make available the C.C.TV footage which is not available with her.

Be that as it may, if the petitioner has already made complaint, the police is required to take action as per the guide lines issued by the Supreme Court in the case of Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttar Pradesh and others, 2008 (7) SCC 164. 4.
The petition is finally disposed off.
