Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board /01/2016 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working as Lacturer in the Government Higher Secondary School, Sidesar, District Kanker and his actual date of birth is 27.07.1957

whereas in the record, it has been shown as 27.07.1954, against which he made representation to the State Government, which may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, it is directed the respondents No. 1 & 2 shall decide the pending representation of the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.

(5) It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
