Learned counsel for the parties would jointly and fairly submit that the issue involved in the present writ petition has already been decided by the Division Bench of this Court by order dated 26.02.2015 in Writ Appeal No.281/2013 (Lakhanram Sahu & Others Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others) and other connected matters.

2. In view of the statement made, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed by the Division Bench in the matter of Lakhanram Sahu (supra). A copy of the order passed in Lakhanram Sahu (supra) be placed in the record of the present writ petition.
