Validity of the order passed by the Collector under Section 172 of the Land Revenue Code is under challenge in this petition on several grounds. 2.

On the issue of alternative remedy of appeal provided under Section 44 of the Land Revenue Code, learned counsel for the petitioner could not satisfy why this Court should entertain this petition without insisting on exhaustion of alternative remedy of appeal.

On the face of existence of statutory remedy of appeal, I am not inclined to entertain this petition and therefore, the petition is dismissed with liberty to take recourse to remedy of appeal. Certified copy of the impugned order may be returned after retaining photocopy of the same.
