Order On Board 12/10/2015 The petitioner has filed this petition claiming compensation in respect of his land on the submission that way back in the year 1985, when stop dam was constructed, his land was used for construction of stop dam. 2.

It is an old and stale matter. The petitioner has not approached this Court earlier. Therefore, I am not inclined to issue notice. However, it is made clear, it would be open to the respondent authorities to examine the complaint / representation of the petitioner and deal with the same in accordance with law. 3.
