1. This writ petition is filed by the petitioner against the inaction on the part of respondent-authorities who have not regularized the petitioner in the post of Peon.

2. With the consent of learned counsel for both the parties, the respondent No.1 is ordered that if any enquiry is pending regarding the petitioner for his regularization, then it should be concluded within five months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is further ordered to the respondent No. 2 that within one month after the conclusion of the aforesaid enquiry,

he should decide the representation of the petitioner Annexure-P/2, in other words total six months time has been granted to the respective respondents.

3. Writ petition is disposed off accordingly.

4. However, it is made clear that this Court has not expressed anything on the merits of the case.
