1. Although the petitioner has sought quashment of the order dated 8-7-15, passed by the Chhattisgarh State Co-operative Tribunal, Bilaspur (for short 'the Tribunal'), rejecting petitioner's application for grant of stay, however, in course of hearing learned counsel for the parties agree that the writ petition may be disposed of directing the Tribunal to decide petitioner's pending appeal at the earliest.

2. Considering the fact that the writ petition is preferred against an interim order and the appeal itself is pending consideration before the Tribunal for the last more than six months, the Tribunal shall do well to dispose of the pending appeal preferred by the petitioner at the earliest, preferably within a period of three months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order.

3. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the respondent authorities shall decide the matter, on its own merits, strictly in accordance with law, without treating any observation made in this order, as opinion on the merits of the case.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of.
