In view of the assurance given to this Court on the previous occasion that the authorities will recalculate the turnover of the petitioner where certain errors have crept in on the earlier occasion which has now been done and stands certified from the additional return and the stand taken therein, no further adjudication is required to be made in this writ application. It stands disposed off. The authority will take a decision on the basis of recalculation so far. If the recalculation now makes the petitioner eligible in the technical bid, his financial bid will now be considered on its own merits.
