---- Respondent 13/07/2021 A request letter has been received from the Court of Second Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur praying for extension of time granted for disposal of the M.J.C. No. 441 of 2019, pending before that Court.

This Court had while disposing of the Criminal Revision No. 41 of 2020 vide order dated 17.12.2020, directed the Family Court to decide the application for interim maintenance within a period of one month from that date.

It is mentioned in the PUD that the Court of Second Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur had been lying vacant from 17.12.2020 to 06.05.2021, therefore, the order of this Court could not be complied with and prays for further time to dispose of the same. Taking into consideration the grounds mentioned and the request made in the request letter, the same is allowed. Further time of one month is granted to the Family Court to dispose of the application for interim maintenance as ordered in the Cr.R. No. 41 of 2020.

Accordingly, the Cr.M.P. is disposed off.
