I.A. No. 1 of 2016 has been filed to condone delay of 33 days in filing the review petition. Considering the duration, delay is condoned. 2.

The present application has been filed to review order dated 16.11.2015 passed in Writ Appeal No. 506 of 2015 disposed alongwith Writ Appeal No. 20 of 2015 and analogous appeals in terms of the order dated 23.3.2015 in Writ Appeal No. 389 of 2014.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that by inadvertence, disposal had been sought in terms of Writ Appeal No. 389 of 2014 instead of Writ Appeal No. 32 of 2015 and analogous appeals. The review application may be allowed

and the order dated 16.11.2015 may be recalled and Writ Appeal No. 506 of 2015 may be directed to be disposed in similar terms as Writ Appeal No. 32 of 2015 disposed on 9.12.2015.

Learned Counsel for the State rightly submits that it is a matter for the authorities to examine appropriately since the pleadings in the review application are extremely sketchy and it is not possible to decipher any facts from the same. 5.

We have considered the submissions and upholding the objection on behalf of the State, recall the order dated 16.11.2015 in Writ Appeal No. 506 of 2015 but without prejudice to the rights of the Respondents to examine the contentions of the Petitioners that they are similarly situated as Appellants in Writ Appeal No. 32 of 2015.
