1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition seems to be the default on the part of Respondent No. 3 in not providing the flat that he had booked for him.
2. At the outset, this Court is of the opinion that the writ petition for such a dispute particularly, which is a private dispute between the
-2petitioner and the Respondent No. 3 would not be maintainable. The petitioner has appropriate remedy under the Real Estate (regulation and development) Act, 2016.
