Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is on probation and she has been transferred within six months of service. He would further submit that the petitioner may be permitted to make a representation before the Collector, Kabirdham.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. 3.

The petitioner is permitted to make a representation before respondent No.3/Collector, Kabirdham. If such representation is made, respondent No.3 will do well and decide the same within 30 days from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner. Till then, no coercive steps shall be taken against him.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
