Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that against the order dated 22.12.2015 the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the Director General (Jail) on 1.1.2016, which may be directed to decide expeditiously.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. 3.

Respondent No.2 is directed to do well and decide the appeal preferred by the petitioner as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
