1. The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he is in jail since 21.12.2020 in connection with Crime No. 430/2020 registered in Police Station Manendragarh, District Korea (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of IPC.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file a fresh application as and when occasion arises.

3. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
