Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was promoted by order dated 26.8.2015 (Annexure P/6) and his order of promotion was cancelled by order dated 27.11.2015 (Annexure P/1).

Learned Deputy Advocate General for the respondents/State would submit that by order dated 26.8.2015 the petitioner was promoted to the post of Upper Division Teacher and posted him at Middle School, Salgapath, Block Khairagarh and by order dated 7.9.2015 (Annexure P/2) the District Education Officer, Rajnandgaon has changed his posting from

Middle School, Salgapath to Middle School, Sandi, Block Khairagarh and by order dated 27.11.2015 order dated 7.9.2015 has been cancelled. In fact, order of promotion dated 26.8.2015 has not been cancelled and it is intact.

In view of that, the petitioner's promotion has not been cancelled and still he is holding the post of Upper Division Teacher and only change of posting has been cancelled. I do not find any jurisdictional error in the order impugned.
