The contention raised by the petitioners in the present writ petition is to the departmental recruitment conducted by the respondents for the post of Clerk-Grade-III.

There are serious allegations which the petitioners have made and according to them, they have made various representations in this regard, but have not been granted proper hearing or the same have not been objectively considered by the respondents.

Given the facts and also being fully aware of the scope of the judicial interference of this court in its powers under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the present writ petition at this juncture is disposed of with a direction to the respondents No.4 & 2 to personally look into the grievance of the petitioners and objectively decide their case at the earliest.

Let the petitioners, in addition to the representations that they have made in the past, make a fresh representation to the respondent No.4 within a period of 15 days from today, who in turn, along with respondent No.2 shall consider and scrutinize the grievance of the petitioners, and decide the same objectively within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of fresh representation and shall pass a fresh order. If required, necessary remedial measure would also be taken.
