The petitioner is working on the post of Forest Ranger Officer at Mulmula, Forest Division, South Kondagaon, District Kondagaon. By the impugned order dated 07/01/2016, he has been transferred in the office of Sankra, Forest Division, Dhamtari, District Dhamtari. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Divisional Forest Officer, South Kondagaon has recommended for modification of the petitioner's transfer order dated 07/01/2016 to the Conservator of Forest, Kondagaon, which is pending consideration and the petitioner has also made representation for the abovestated grievance before the competent authority, therefore, same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

Accordingly, the State Government is directed to
consider and take decision on the petitioner's representation duly recommended by the Divisional Forest Officer, South Kondagaon within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
