Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 07/07/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent No.5, who is much junior to the petitioner yet he has given the Incharge of District Ayurvedic Officer, Raigarh, but no such documents have been filed on record to demonstrate that fact and as such no cause of action is at present.

(2) I have heard learned counsel for the parties. (3) In view of above, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation before the State Government. If such representation is made by the counsel for the petitioner before the State Government and, in turn, the State Government to do well and decide the representation of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law expeditiously.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
