At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that on petitioner's paying the amount under the bill at page 8 of the return amounting to Rs.17,163/- and completing necessary documentation, electricity connection shall be restored in the petitioner's premises.

Let the petitioner pay the amount and execute necessary documentation within 15 days.

On such payment and completion of documentation, the respondent shall restore the electricity connection immediately after compliance.
