This M.C.C. has been filed by the applicant for modification of the order dated 03.05.2018 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 3061 of 2017. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant would submit that in the order passed by this Hon'ble Court on 03.05.2018 in WP(C) No. 3061 of 2017, due to inadvertent mistake in paragraph-3 of the order, Section 17(1) has wrongly been typed as Section 14(1) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002. 3.

I have heard learned counsel for the applicant.

Accordingly, it be read as 'Section 17(1)' in place of 'Section 14(1)' of the SARFAESI Act, 2002.
